Distributives and updates
We will send an up-to-date distributive to attended customers. All further software updates will be delivered automatically through the update system.
All issues should be reported as a ticket or as a new forum topic at our support portal. In order to simplify an investigation process in the case of software misfunctioning on a client's side, we have developed a special reporting system, that allows clients to report log files and crash reports easily.
