Available Instruments and Symbols Mapping
OptionWorkshop has its own Instruments tree of the most tradable assets, loaded from the server at every startup.
If you need assets not already listed on the instruments tree, simply write a ticket to our support team and we will find a solution.
OptionWorkshop also attempts to integrate symbols from different trading systems,
which each have their own symbols notations.
For example, S&P 500 2016 March futures in CQG will be F.US.EPH6,
while in Interactive Brokers it is EPH16, and in IQFeed it is @EPH6.
OptionWorkshop maps most symbols, but not all.
If at any time the software does not receive data for some instruments, it is probably a symbols mapping issue.
Again, simply write a ticket to our support team and we will find a solution.
